WHAT YOU WILL DOGenerate, collect and prepare all sales & marketing information to assist the manager in the development of meaningful and actionable insights in order to support the requirements of national sales and trade marketing teams as well as the local plants.
- Sales Information Reporting
- Closely monitor and track the execution of all sales and marketing initiatives through reporting of volume and distribution results. Regularly liaise with market analysts, territory coordinators and other plant administrative assistants in order to ensure timely and accurate submission of reporting information.
- Consolidate all competitive actions; including but not limited to, sales performance, pricing, media investment, CAPEX expansion and in-store execution.
- Help drive the demand planning, supply planning and the operations planning processes by preparing relevant and factual data.
- Use the appropriate data analysis tools and techniques as provided by the manager.
- Data Systems Management
- Serve as point person in managing the sales data access and/or availability across the HO and plant network.
- Help develop and improve existing databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize reporting systems efficiency.
- Coordinate with 3rd party research agencies / suppliers in terms of quality and timeliness.
- WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Graduate of any business course. MBA is a plus.
At least 2-3 years of selling and marketing research experience.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Powerpoint.
Good communication and presentation skills.
