Preferably a graduate in Business Management or any related courses.- Senior sales background + proven ability to construct and sell powerful value-based propositions. Must be able to evidence successfully navigating a strategic sales process to win contracts.
Considerable related working experience in sales, retail, direct selling and people management.
- Good oral and written communication, fluent in English and one Philippine dialect.
Makes sure that the whole Sales Team achieves monthly/quarterly and yearly targets
