Brief Description and Purpose of the Position Responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with our clients to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, understanding their business needs, and acting as a liaison between the client and internal teams. Your role will involve developing strategic account plans, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring the successful delivery of products or services to meet client expectations
