Job Description
- Leads and manages the entire territory.
- Over-all responsible for the territory sales revenue.
- Prepares strategic sales plan, and marketing plan for the territory
- Responsible for the territory budget and expense every year.
- Researches and develops sales opportunities and generate new leads.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the team and initiate improvements.
- Formulate sales stream and implement action plan.
- Attend association conventions, trade fair, and exhibits.
- Participate in government biddings.
- Conduct sales training, continuous coaching and motivate sales team.
- Negotiate and closes contract agreements with potential client/customer
- Build professional relationship with client/customer as well as principals.
- Perform other job related duties that may be expected to the role that are not indicated herein
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree graduate of any 4 year business course, allied medical course but not preferred.
- Has at least 5 years work sales experience leading and supervising a team.
- Preferably with sales experience working in medical device/equipment, pharmaceutical, healthcare
industries.
- Good selling and presentation skills.
- The ability to follow client specifications.
- The ability to identify market trends and make decision.
