About the role
Reckitt is seeking a proactive and strategic Sales Finance Sr. Analyst (Fixed-term employment) to join our dynamic finance team who partners with our Sales function. If you are passionate about financial reporting, enjoy the intricacies of budgeting, and have a knack for forecasting, this role could be your milestone! You will have the chance to work with amazing local leaders in sales and dynamic group of stakeholders, providing actionable insights revolving around financial data. This role will provide strong support to Sales Finance team in terms of trade spend analysis, incentive validation, and management reports preparation. Will also support the Sales Finance Lead in terms of financials evaluation of customer/channel-related projects and initiatives. He/she is expected to collaborate with Trade Sales, Supply Chain and other Finance Divisions
Your responsibilities
Complete the following management reports:
- Gross Sales and Corporate Discount per customer and channel file
- DB stock report for all business units
- RD and Ecom T2 stocks
- Returns and IMS report
- Monthly Finance Deck
- Channel P&L and Customer Net Revenue
Validate and review Sales Incentive Plan on a quarterly basis
Provide support in P&L simulations and ad-hoc reports as needed
Submits relevant schedules and reports to external auditors upon request
The experience we're looking for
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT
University Degree in accounting, business administration or other relevant courses
Preferably, Certified Public Accountant
PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
At least two (2) years work experience in Commercial Finance/FP&A from a fast- consumer goods company
EXPECTED AREAS OF COMPETENCY
Experienced in SAP and advanced knowledge in MS Excel
Analytical, hardworking, patient and very keen on details
Good organizational and time management skills
