Job Description
The Sales Supervisor is responsible for delivering business and organization performance results in the assigned territory, channel, or store. Trains and develops selling teams on skills needed to achieve sales objectives of coverage, volume, distribution, merchandising, pricing, and promo implementation in an effective and cost efficient manner. Directs, motivates, and controls field organization.
Coordinates and serve as liaison officer with other departments to facilitate and improve selling support in the area covered. Develops business building programs and plans to bridge performance gaps or achieve objectives of field organization.
