Job Description

SALES EXECUTIVE
  • UNI-TECH Philippines Industrial Machinery Inc.
  • Work location: Cebu City

We are seeking a flexible and motivated Sales Executive who has the ability to take on the challenges of a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate has a strong understanding of retail management and has had prior experiences. Reporting to their respective manager and working alongside other sales executives to get the best sales results. You are expected and required to formulate your own strategies on how to find and successfully land a client.
  • JOB DESCRIPTION
  • To ensure your success in this role, you will have:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Sales, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • At least 1-4 year of experience in sales.
Knowledge in air conditioning system is an advantage.
  • A natural team player but can work independently if needed.
Good communication skills (English), with passion for sales, promotions and client relation.
  • Resourceful, hardworking, mature, and can maintain professionalism under any circumstances
Result-oriented, highly motivated and capable of meeting sales target
  • Strong verbal and written communicator.
Strong presentation and negotiating skills
  • Sales Executive Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze the market's potential, track sales and status reports.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Establish and build good relationships with clients
Source new sales opportunity and close sales to achieve monthly quotation
  • Maintain and expand client database
Respond to sales inquiries/concerns and provide customers with proposals and quotations
  • Prepares weekly call plans and daily sales itinerary.
Prepares weekly sales reports on actual sales vs target sales
  • Other instructions given by the immediate superior.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,
  • 00 - Php22,000.00 per month

Willingness to travel:
  • 75% (Preferred)
