• MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must be a graduate of Business Marketing, Civil Engineering or equivalent.

• Can drive four-wheeled vehicle with valid driver's license.

Preferably with 2 years sales experience in construction industry.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

With effective communication and negotiation skills.

• Willing to be trained

Honest and trustworthy.

• Willing to engage in fieldwork/official business to close sales.

• BRIEF JOB RESPONSIBILITES

The Sales Executive will sell metal materials such as Drywall Partition, Ceiling Assembly, Battens & Purlins, Metal Sheet and other products such as Gypsum Boards, Ficem Boards, Acoustic Boards, Fastening Accessories, Plastering Compound, Steel Door Jambs, Steel Doors and Roll-Up Doors to contractors, dealers, architects, end users, and builders. The position involves seeking prospects, responding to leads, and maintaining/expanding relationships with existing clients.

• The Sales Executive is expected to go through the entire sales process, including visits, follow up, negotiation, closing of contracts, and collection.
