Be the main point of contact of assigned VIP clients
- Main responsibility is to get new clients
Reports to the Sales Lead with all progress, keeping them updated on the progress of the staff and the completion of sales targets- Answering queries of clients
Develop and maintain customer relations and key accounts
- Send reports on sales activity, accounts status and possible issues
- Strong experience in any form of Sales
Experience in any sales generating industry (especially BPO) and/or importation is a plus but not required
- Cold Calling experience is a huge plus
Customer service skills (ability to build rapport, demonstrate empathy and outline key steps in delivering good customer service- Familiar with Microsoft Excel functions
Goal-driven with ability to work under pressure
- Willing to work onsite in Pinagbuhatan Pasig City
