Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Makati. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting new clients, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
Education - Must be a graduate of Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing.
Work Experience - At least 2 years of work experience in the field of Sales with Engineering/Technical background.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record in sales and achieving targets
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships
Experience in the real estate or property management industry
Knowledge of the local market and customer needs
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
Rate: 27,000 - 30,000 basic pay with OT Pay, HMO & government mandatory benefits
Full-time Dayshift
Working Schedule: Mondays-Thursdays 8:30am to 6:30pm & Fridays 8:30am to 5:30pm

Task, Functions, Responsibilities
Propose and participate in the development of Sales Plan.
Provide the management with reports on customer needs, trends, challenges, interests, competitive activities to assist in developing solutions and new services.
Assist the BDM in presenting and promoting Property Management and Engineering & Technical services using substantial arguments to prospective and existing clients.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential and existing clients.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
