Job Description

Responsible for customer service functions; customer support, and conduct customer audit and visit.
  • Assist clients on Request for Quotation (RFQ), Purchase Order and Order release.
Support the Sales Manager and/or Sales Representatives in quote preparation, sales/order planning, forecast request, and customer satisfaction survey
  • Support the Sales Manager and/or Sales Representatives for sustaining products, projects, and clients.
Responsible in new account development
  • Supports clients through email, phone calls, and any other means of communication as required.
Worked with the Accounting and Purchasing department for any sales-related matters

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's with a concentration in Advertising Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, Management or equivalent.
At least 2 years of industry sales experience.
  • Strong communication skills including both verbal and written
Proficient with Microsoft Applications
  • Self-motivated and driven by targets
The ability to influence and negotiate with others
  • A good team player
