Rextron International Corporation is a leading company in Distribution of cellphone and lifestyle accessories, committed to delivering exceptional products/services to our clients. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team and drive our sales efforts.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, research, and prospecting.- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet or exceed sales targets.- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products/services.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads and promote the company.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Willingness to travel as needed.
