Responsibilities:


  • Research and identify potential leads, and map customer organizations.
  • Initiate cold calls, emails, and appointments to generate new business.
  • Manage 120 calls and 25-30 emails daily.
  • Organize and lead customer meetings and conference calls, documenting key information.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Associate Degree preferred.
  • 1+ year experience in Account Management, Lead Generation, or Outbound Sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented, team player, energetic, and self-motivated.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Willingness to work night shifts.
