Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of consistently closing high-value clients. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting discovery calls, and ultimately closing True Client engagements to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential clients through various channels including cold outreach and cold calling
- Conduct thorough research to understand client needs, pain points, and organizational structure
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to articulate the value proposition of our staffing solutions
- Lead Generation:
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects
- Execute targeted cold email campaigns to engage with key decision-makers and initiate conversations
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts and maximize conversion rates
- Discovery Calls:
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls with qualified prospects to understand their hiring needs and challenges
- Clearly articulate our service offerings and tailor solutions to address specific client requirements
- Build rapport and credibility with prospects to position Search Party Recruiting as a trusted staffing partner
- Client Engagement:
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term success
- Performance Metrics:
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for True Client acquisition
- Generate a minimum of 2-3 discovery calls per month through proactive outreach efforts
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report on progress regularly
Requirements
- 3+ years Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the staffing or recruitment industry
- Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals and meet ambitious sales targets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a relentless drive to succeed in a competitive environment
- Must be willing to work in US Hours at 10:30 AM- 3:00 PM (Central Time)
