Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
- Build strong client relationships, understanding their needs and recommending tailored OOH solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
- Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of the curve on OOH trends and competitor insights.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in outdoor media sales, with a focus on OOH formats like billboards and digital displays.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of OOH advertising sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
