Qualifications:
- College graduate or undergraduate of BS Interior Design with background in civil engineering
Preferably has sales experience with construction materials
- Able to negotiate agreements and keep records of sales data
With knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
Enthusiastic and passionate
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell products used in finishing construction materials
Able to take over and manage some accounts- Remain in regular contact with the client to understand and meet their needs
Hit sales target
- Follow and craft detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas
Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal- Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
Does field work to do saturation
