JOB SUMMARY:A Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and the retention of existing ones. Their primary role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to meet predetermined targets and objectives.
- DUTIES AND REPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively identify and pursue potential customers or clients through various sales channels, such as cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals.
Deliver compelling product and service presentations to showcase their value and address client questions head-on.- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure deals while maintaining profitability for the company.
Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Convert leads into sales by resolving client concerns and guiding them through the purchasing process.
Provide ongoing support to existing clients while ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.- Stay current with trends and competitors, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for improvement.
Set and track sales goals and implement strategies for driving growth.
- Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports.
Work closely with cross-functional teams in marketing, product development, and customer service to align efforts, leverage resources, and maximize sales opportunities.- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job.
Bachelor's / College Degree in marketing, business administration, or any related course.
- EXPERIENCE REQUIRED LEVEL:
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative.
- KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS - REQUIRED:
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent selling, negotiation and presentation skills.
Excellent verbal and communication skills.- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
Self-motivated and driven by targets.
- High level of resilience and the ability to handle rejection well.
Good self-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
With valid driver's license- With clean driving record
