Job Title: Sales Executive for Training center
Overview:
As a Sales Executive Admin for our training center, you will play a vital role in attracting prospective companies who would like to have their employees trained for upskilling and potential students to our educational institution. Your primary responsibility will be to promote the training center's programs and facilities, engage with potential students and clients, and ultimately convert inquiries into enrollments. You will work closely with the academics and operations team and other stakeholders to achieve enrollment targets and contribute to the growth and success of the training center.
Responsibilities:
- Promotion and Marketing:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote the Training Center's programs and offerings.
- Conceptualize marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content to effectively communicate the Training Center's unique selling points.
- Utilize various channels including social media, email campaigns, and community events to reach potential students and partners.
- Lead Generation and Management:
- Identify and cultivate leads through various sources including inquiries, referrals, and outreach efforts.
- Maintain a database of prospective students and follow up on inquiries promptly.
- Conduct informational sessions, tour at the center, and other events to engage with prospective clients & partners.
- Consultative Selling:
- Understand the needs and preferences of prospective clients & partners and provide personalized guidance on the training center's programs and admission process.
- Address inquiries and concerns effectively, and provide accurate information about curriculum, extracurricular activities, training fees, and etc.
- Build rapport and trust with prospective students and partners to facilitate the enrollment process.
- Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate with the admissions team, operations, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless enrollment process.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, lead status, conversion rates, and market trends.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and knowledge of the training center's offerings.
- Administrative Function
-Assist in day to day admin and clerical requirements of the training center when needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or admissions, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Passion for education and a commitment to promoting the training center's mission and values.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
