- Uses initiative in identifying and soliciting prospects.
- Makes personal contacts with existing and prospective customers as scheduled. Uses telephone or mail solicitation daily to help identify prospects and contact customers.
- Explains products and services to existing and potential customers, using clear, non-technical language.
- Develops insurance plans, including plans for single policy and those for comprehensive coverage.
- Follows-up on sales, providing any necessary service to existing customers and anticipating possible needs for additional coverage.
- Makes sure that products and services are delivered to customers through the use of CGIC Integrated System and in accordance with the quality systems and procedures set by the company.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any four year course.
- Preferably with working experience in a non-life insurance company.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferably familiar with word processing and spreadsheet applications.
- Experience with the internet, web browsing and on-line services is preferred.
