Job Description:As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our resort by achieving room and banquet revenue goals. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their requirements are efficiently handled, and delivering exceptional service.
- Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for their events and accommodations.
- Respond to inquiries and manage bookings for rooms and banquets, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and contracts, clearly outlining the benefits and value of our offerings.- Oversee resort events and functions, coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
Bachelor's degree in any field from a reputable institution.- At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Proficiency in English, with excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and represent the resort
