DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Identify and acquire new clients to expand the customer base.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve personal sales targets.- Present and promote company services to prospective clients.
Track sales performance and report status to the Sales Manager.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to maintain client satisfaction.
Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth delivery and resolve issues.- Send quotations to clients and prepare cost proposals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Monitor container status and provide updates to clients.
Resolve any issues during the sales process and container transit.- Open at least one new account within the first six months.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Report concerns and issues to the Sales Manager.
Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
Professional Qualifications: Sales certifications preferred.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, strategic planning, excellent communication, and relationship-building skills.
Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Language/Dialect: English, Filipino.
