Source clients and plan details for their transportation, accommodation and airlines.- Be involved in planning and selling packages for transportations, accommodations, insurance and other travel services
Be in front line for answering client's concerns, such as packagers, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations.
- Generate and manage client database containing relevant information
Maintain cooperation and coordination with clients, following up with clients about the travel, adjusting to clients request as needed.- Network with tour operators and other point of contacts for specific travel
Manage events alongside with the team, these including conferences and retreats etc.
- Meet given sales targets and goals.
Qualification:
- Extensive knowledge in Travel industry.
Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field, or an equal experience.- Excellent knowledge of traveling software (computer reservations systems )
Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual etc)
- Efficient negotiation and sales skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and good attention to detail.
