Role
Play a key role as part of the initial team to launch Rock Paper Rum in the Goa Market.
Responsible for Secondary Sales, WOD, Trade Promotion at On&Off Trade
Must have a sound understanding of the Ops and General execution in an alcohol company
Deliver budgeted sales for the territory within spend parameters.
Drive new listings, improve visibility display positioning of the GBDPL portfolio in the On&Off-Premise channel in line with set targets.
Effectively negotiate activations and consumer events and promotions and On&Off-Premise displays to increase sales and visibility of GBDPL brands.
Regularly conduct retail outlet audits to study market share movements and track market share.
Concentrate on strong tracks for volume growth & weak tracks to build brand image & generate growth.
Design and execute volume scheme and special offer to achieve short term & long-term volume objectives and increase trade advocacy & increase share in state / territory.
Experience
2-4 years of experience in On & Off Trade Sales(Liquor) in the Goa Market.
Being able to execute on partnership opportunities
Willingness to hustle and get things done
Someone who wants to grow into a leadership role at the company and build a team around them as the company grows
Experience with liquor brands is important, Experience in the beverage industry is a nice to have
