The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans, collaborating with creative teams, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, creativity, and a background in finance or related experience.
Be flexible and able to design different marketing plans according to different types of customers.- Have the ability to communicate effectively with the art and video teams, and collaborate to design pictures and videos required for marketing plans based on your own creativity to improve customer conversion rates.
Graduated with a major in finance or have more than 1 year of financial-related work experience.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.- Collaborate with creative teams to design compelling visuals and videos for marketing campaigns.
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales and promote brand loyalty.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.- Provide feedback to management to improve sales strategies and processes.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, providing guidance and support to help them navigate the financial markets.
- Educate clients on our trading platforms, products, and services, tailoring recommendations to their individual investment objectives and risk tolerance.
Proactively reach out to potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and networking events to generate leads and grow the client pipeline.- Stay informed about market trends, economic indicators, and geopolitical events to provide timely insights and trading opportunities to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams, including research analysts and customer support, to address client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, demonstrating a strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
