Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our sales team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing client relationships, and closing deals to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our products or services.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and closing deals to meet sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, prospects, and opportunities
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, such as revenue targets, conversion rates, and client acquisition costs.
Able to say no or to disagree on important issues with the client respectfully
  • Able to think of the worst-case scenario while simultaneously suggesting numerous solutions
Thinks and makes a list of contingency plans (realistic and feasible) and spearheads the execution of this plan
  • Makes right decisions during crucial stage on how to resolve problems
Sets priorities and sticks to them
  • Other tasks as may be assigned by supervisor
  • Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.

Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
