Job Title: Sales Executive

- Job Summary: The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying, acquiring, and managing new and existing customer relationships. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive will work closely with the marketing and product teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales Targets and Performance:
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
- Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and team-building activities.
- Market and Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and market trends.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
Skills:o Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
o Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
o Excellent time management and organizational skills.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
Self-motivated and proactive in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.

This position may require travel to meet with clients and attend industry events.
