Responsibilities: Assist in the day-to-day responsibilities of the Sales team
Answer phone-in/actual inquiries of customers and telephone messages
Prepare Sales Order and process it for delivery
Attend and assist walk in customers (office)
Follow up and update pending samples and quotations
Update quotations and reports for client visit
Work with warehouse regarding inventory to ensure accuracy
Attend product trainings to brush up on the newest technologies of the products being handled
File documents and other confidential and important papers
Attend events as needed
Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Others or equivalent from a reputable college or university
At least 1 year experience in any ecommerce platform
Detail oriented, a team player, computer literate
Experience in SAP is a plus
Organized and able to multi-task
Willing to do field work if necessary
Can start ASAP
