Account Executive Job Description:
- Establishes a list of prospective clients and prioritizes market research based on the criteria set or as per management's direction.
Promotes Delbros Group services to prospective clients. He/she must prepare complete, succinct and accurate Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and attend client meetings.- Prepares regular client reports and attends client meetings.
Develops sales and marketing strategies in close collaboration with the BD Director and Sales Managers.
- Develops plans to target new customers in alignment with the sales strategies.
Monitors client accounts proactively and coordinates with the said clients on any new development relative to pricing and ; immediately addresses the complaints of clients.- Attends regular sales meetings and submits the required weekly sales report.
Responds to sales leads from various sources (internal and external) in a timely manner and provides feedback to the sources.
- Safekeeps pertinent records.
Coordinates with the internal support group to ensure professional, timely and efficient client servicing.- Raises any issues or concerns that may hamper the realization of planned objectives to the immediate supervisor.
Prepares client health reports to evaluate the company's quality of service. This will be measured through the results of the tools, processes and platforms, and client survey score.
- He/she may be assigned to a different yard/office if/when the need arises. Must be willing for rotational set up nationwide.
Whenever Management establishes the need, there will be work on Saturdays.

Pay: From Php25,- 00 per month
Schedule: - 8 hour shift
