Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in the Philippines. As a pivotal member of our sales force, your primary responsibility will be to promote and drive sales revenue in the field of Cancer Diagnostics. This role encompasses engaging with hospitals, corporate programs, and national initiatives to achieve strategic sales goals. The sales executive will play a crucial part in expanding our market presence and fostering strong client relationships within the healthcare sector.
A. Sales and Business Development
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the medical sector, with a primary focus on the National Capital Region (NCR) and plans for expansion into nearby cities. Take initiative in identifying potential clients and cultivating relationships to drive business growth and market penetration. This role entails strategically positioning our offerings to meet the evolving needs of healthcare providers in urban and suburban areas, contributing to the expansion and success of our market presence.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by conducting comprehensive market research, leveraging networking opportunities, and executing targeted outreach strategies. This involves continuously identifying and qualifying leads within the designated market segments, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and strategically positioning our products and services to address their specific needs and challenges. By proactively engaging prospects and nurturing relationships, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sustainable revenue growth and expanding our market footprint.
Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and providing comprehensive support to build strong relationships based on trust and loyalty. This involves ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with professionalism and efficiency, catering to their needs with personalized solutions and timely responses. By consistently exceeding expectations and demonstrating a deep understanding of their requirements, you'll contribute to fostering long-term partnerships and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
Effectively manage weekly activities, including but not limited to, tracking and overseeing 10 activities per week, as well as handling leads, opportunities, pipeline management, and monthly forecasting. This involves meticulously monitoring and updating the CRM platform to ensure accurate data entry, timely follow-ups on leads, and efficient management of opportunities and pipeline progression.

A. Product and Market Knowledge
Develop a comprehensive understanding of early detection products and their applications to effectively communicate their value to clients. This involves acquiring in-depth knowledge of the products features, benefits, and scientific applications. By staying abreast of industry trends and advancements in early detection technologies, the goal is to articulate how these products address specific client needs and contribute to improving health outcomes.
Possess a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare environment in the Philippines
Any other tasks as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or Biomedical Engineering (Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or similar discipline). Technical understanding of next-generation sequencing is preferred.
- Desired Skills and Competencies
With over 5 years of demonstrated hands-on experience in customer-facing medical sales within clinical settings. Knowledge in genomics, molecular biology, or molecular diagnostics would be advantageous.
Experience in healthcare services or the clinical biomedical industry is strongly preferred.
Highly motivated and adaptable to ever-changing client needs and expectations.
Able to prioritize tasks and work to deadlines.
Excellent written and oral communication skills with varied personalities, including different levels within and outside of the organization
Self-starter and strong team player who takes the initiative and develops ideas with the team.
