Job Description

Brill Media is one of the fastest growing companies as ranked on the Inc. 5000 and Financial Times! Brill Media is seeking a dynamic Sales Account Executive to join our Los Angeles-based team. This position will be a key player in driving new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our media buying agency.

This job is completely remote and pays 47,199 Philippine pesos per month.

Working hours will be 1am - 10am Philippines time.

Responsibilities:

1. Market Research and Targeting:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Define and target new business opportunities aligned with the agency's services.

2. Lead Cultivation:

  • Utilize various channels to generate new leads, including cold outreach and lead lists.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Be the primary point of contact among inbound leads

3. Client Engagement:

  • Collaborate with the operations team to schedule and facilitate meetings or presentations.

4. Solution Positioning:

  • Clearly articulate the agency's solutions and tailor presentations to address client needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling collateral for client engagement.

5. Metrics and Analysis:

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics related to lead generation and business development.
  • Provide regular reports to management and leverage data to refine strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably within a media or advertising business.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software.
