Job Summary: The _
Sales Executive_ will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, as well as nurturing relationships with existing clients. This position requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of our product offerings.
Identify and target potential clients in the construction and engineering sectors.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues.- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote Biondi's products.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
Strong technical knowledge of industrial fasteners and related products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and convey complex technical information.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
