- Deliver monthly and annual revenue targets and maximize revenue opportunities for Marquis Catering and Events Venue Segment.
Assist in preparing sales plan that outlines strategies and tactics to ensure sales budget is achieved.

Revenue Management

Competitors Check Analysist
Assist in establishing a progressive report that will centralize the communication with all the departments concerned.

Collaborate with Marketing to create a lead generating tactical/seasonal offers.
Drive sales leads acquisition & leads conversion.
Build business relationships with key personnel in corporate segment.

Conversion Rate
Conversion goal is to achieve a minimum of 20% materialized business based on the generated leads and inquiries.
Client Meeting Acceptance Rate
Minimum of 5 Sales Calls per day or accumulative of 100 Sales Call per month
Minimum of 2 Meetings with prospective clients per day or accumulative of
40 Meetings per month

Banquet and Catering Event Order Generation
Minimum of 5 working days lead time submission (Note: Last minute Events are subject to Chefs Discretion)
- Contribute to product development through research, market trends or customer needs
Perform competition check to keep abreast of market positions to exploit.
Create products/packages that will help address client needs & encourage patronage of the business.
