Job Description

KEY OBJECTIVES:

  • To ensure the growth & profitability of the Marquis Catering and Events Corporate segment.

  • To provide professional engagement to Marquis Corporate Clientele (Existing and Prospect Clients)

  • To ensure that the Corporate Event and Catering packages & offerings are aligned to Marquis Standards, Branding and Image.

    KEY RESULT AREAS

  • Deliver monthly and annual revenue targets and maximize revenue opportunities for Marquis Catering and Events Venue Segment.

    Assist in preparing sales plan that outlines strategies and tactics to ensure sales budget is achieved.

    Assist in Sales Forecasting

    Interpret and Analyze Market Segments by Geographical location

    Revenue Management

    Average Revenue per Account Analysis

    Competitors Check Analysist

    Assist in establishing a progressive report that will centralize the communication with all the departments concerned.


  • Client Acquisition

    Collaborate with Marketing to create a lead generating tactical/seasonal offers.

    Drive sales leads acquisition & leads conversion.

    Build business relationships with key personnel in corporate segment.

  • Client Retention

    Increase Brand Equity through efficient Client Management in all aspects of sales communication and inter-action with external & internal customers

    Drive repeat business in the corporate segments.

    Client Retention Rate Analysis

    Assist in Creating and Organizing Internal / In-house Events and Programs for

    Corporate Clientele



  • Measurable Results

    Actual Sales Vs. Target Analysis:

    Monthly, Year to Date, Vs. Last Year

    Average Response Time

    Marquis Standard is to provide a maximum allowable response within 24 hours.

    Conversion Rate

    Conversion goal is to achieve a minimum of 20% materialized business based on the generated leads and inquiries.

    Client Meeting Acceptance Rate

    Minimum of 5 Sales Calls per day or accumulative of 100 Sales Call per month

    Minimum of 2 Meetings with prospective clients per day or accumulative of

    40 Meetings per month

    Database Management

    Maintenance of database

    Database growth rate analysis

    Banquet and Catering Event Order Generation

    Minimum of 5 working days lead time submission (Note: Last minute Events are subject to Chefs Discretion)









  • Contribute to product development through research, market trends or customer needs

    Perform competition check to keep abreast of market positions to exploit.

    Create products/packages that will help address client needs & encourage patronage of the business.

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
