JOB SPECIFICATION- College Graduate with Business Management/Sales/Marketing or any related course.
At least 1-2 years relevant experience on Sales and Marketing preferably in Automotive industry.
- Responsible for sales negotiation and required to reach the standard quota or higher.
Performs prospecting activity (field calls, showroom walk-ins, outside displays, telemarketing, and saturation) to expand network and to promote /maintain company's positive image and reputation of reliability and also to promote and sell vehicles and services.- Establishes/develops/maintains professional and cordial relationship with prospective buyers.
Discovers and qualifies the needs of Customers in order to help them buy our vehicles and services. Presents and demonstrates the advantages of buying vehicles.
- Completes all requirements for release units.
Inspects and releases vehicle to the customers. Orients customer on operation of the vehicle and all accessories installed during release. Turn-over Customer tools, booklets, etc.- Provides information about industry competition.
Performs all sales follow-up calls and other sales related services after actual vehicle releases / delivery to customers.
