Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Achieves sales target set by the management.
Identifies business targets.
  • Schedules appointments with prospective business targets.
Executes a strategic sales process, closes sales transaction, expands sales in existing accounts and contributes information to market strategy.
  • Prepares accomplishment report based on the transaction made.
Prepares daily Itinerary schedules and its corresponding activities.
  • Makes follow up on all pending transaction such as bidding sales negotiations, product presentation/orientation and other corporate requirements.
Conducts after sales to customers to promote good image.
  • Responsible for the immediate response to any corporate inquiry, concern and problem encountered.
Assists and participates in the store program and goals for corporate sales activities.
  • Responsible for the proper information to the store concerned for any corporate activities within their area.
Responsible for the preparation of cash advances and liquidation.
  • Attends products orientations and seminars.
Prepares and submits report as needed.
  • Responsible for the confidentiality of records from unauthorized person or inspection.
Follows strictly the company policies, rules and regulations and Code of Conduct established by the company.
  • Manages the preparation and maintenance of a record and reports.
Maintains orderliness and cleanliness of his/her area.
  • Always practice 5's activity.
Responsible and accountable all machinery, tools and equipment issued by the company in performing his/her job.
  • Recommends and makes inter-relationship with other department in formulating company systems and procedures.
  • Requirements:
With at least 2 years of experience in a related role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
Excellent sales marketing strategy.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferably with driver's license.
Willing to work on a hybrid setup with a work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,
  • 00 - Php25,000.00 per month
