Job Description: Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. Will work to find new sales leads through Developers, Contractors, Business directories, Major Establishments, Existing clients, Referrals, etc.
Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to meet quota
- Submit weekly report of accomplishments
Follow up and/or visit clients in offices and sites, as needed- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Planning and organizing Highly efficient
Information collection and monitoring Develop and maintain strong customer relationship
- Education and Qualification:
Graduate of Business Administration, Business Management, Tourism, Marketing or Equivalent

Excellent communication skills- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating technique
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Work, Office, Excel) and Presentation Skills
Experienced in sales for construction material/ architectural products is an advantage- Willing to work in BGC, Taguig City
