• Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve sales quotas and targets by implementing effective sales strategies and tactics.

- Research prospects, identify key decision-makers, and generate leads to expand the client base.

- Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally.

- Prepare and send accurate quotes and proposals to prospective clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales contracts and agreements.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors activities to identify opportunities for growth.

- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, performance metrics, and market insights.

• Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.

- Proven sales experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.

- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred

- Demonstrating the ability to bring existing clients and a strong network of contacts is highly desirable.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.

Pay: Php18,
