Job Description

Job Title: Sales Engineer (for residential power meter device)
  • Job Description
Achieve personal sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) as per the company's strategy.
  • Establish contact with the point of contact (PIC) for Power Meter at Electrical Corporations to promote the Fuji Brand Power Meter.
Navigate and manage the accreditation process with Electrical Corporations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to meet the company's growth, sales, and profit margin objectives.
Conduct competitor analysis in relation to FESP business within the territory.
  • Generate new sales leads, build a robust channel base, and manage relationships with dealers, distributors, OEMs, consultants, and contractors.
Engage in commercial and technical discussions with customers to understand their requirements, coordinate with the factory on customer needs, and present tailored solutions to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Oversee end-to-end customer management and ensure timely collection of receivables.
Draft and assist in creating presentations and other documentation to effectively communicate product and service offerings to customers.
  • Provide expertise and support to the sales team to effectively convey product features, services, and client needs.
Stay informed about competitors offerings and industry trends to offer insights and recommendations for maintaining competitiveness.
  • Prepare and submit monthly sales reports for management review.
  • Job Requirements:
Preferably candidates with site work experience, such as electrical work, testing and commissioning, or project management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of residential power meters.
Established relationships with Electrical Corporations.
  • Proven track record of successful sales in the power meter market.
Well-developed network of prospective customers, distributors, consultants, and contractors in the Philippines.
  • Experience with multinational companies is an advantage.
