Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking for dynamic and experienced Sales Engineers to join Project Sales team. The Sales Engineer will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Sales Support: Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to customers and sales team members. This includes conducting product demonstrations, preparing technical presentations, and addressing customer inquiries.
  2. Solution Development: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop customized solutions that align with their needs. Utilize technical expertise to recommend appropriate products and services.
  3. Proposal Development: Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, including technical specifications, pricing, and implementation plans. Work closely with the sales team to ensure proposals meet customer expectations and address their technical concerns.
  4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, serving as a trusted advisor and technical resource. Understand customer pain points and challenges, and proactively propose solutions to address them.
  5. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies. Use this knowledge to identify new sales opportunities and position our products effectively in the market.
  6. Training and Support: Provide training and support to customers and internal stakeholders on the use and implementation of our products. Serve as a technical escalation point for customer issues and work collaboratively with other teams to resolve them.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture preferred.
  • With proven experience in technical sales or engineering sales roles, preferably in the building and construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of moveable wall products and its applications is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Fresh graduates of engineering or architecture courses are welcome to apply.
