The ideal candidate should a proven track record in software/ SaaS sales. You should have established industry connections, the ability to drive sales growth, and be adept at working independently. This role involves researching companies, identifying key decision makers, generating leads through cold outreach, conducting product demos, preparing sales proposals, negotiating and closing deals, as well as post-sales support.
Develop a deep understanding of FacilityBot software (www.facilitybot.co) offered by the company. Staying up to date with the product features.
Develop a target list of high-potential leads/prospects and pursue deals.
Passionate about all aspects of lead generation, including cold-calling, social selling, networking
Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
Conduct product demonstrations (both online and in-person) to showcase the benefits and features of FacilityBot
Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals to potential clients.
Able to successfully close deals
Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the sales process, including post-sales support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements to effectively position our solution in the market.
- To join our team, you need:
At least 3 years of experience in SaaS/ Software Sales (bonus if in Facilities Management industry)
Possess excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills. Strong industry network is a bonus.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, resourceful and independent
Eager to contribute to a growing startup
Must have your own equipment for work (laptop, mobile phone, internet provider etc).
