Primary Responsibilities
- Engage in sales and marketing activities to drive business growth.
- Develop and expand the client base to meet sales targets.
- Generate and cultivate leads and inquiries.
- Conduct effective sales visits, marketing calls, and impactful presentations.
- Maintain strong relationships with consultants, investors, and planning departments within designated territories.
- Foster growth among builders and distributors within established territories.
Pre-Sales Follow Up
- Thoroughly manage pre-sales inquiries.
- Prepare accurate estimates, quotations, and proposals.
- Collaborate on contract negotiations, including pricing and terms.
- Plan and forecast project schedules in coordination with project engineers.
- Initiate subcontracting arrangements as required.
Post-Sales Follow Up
- Oversee master schedules and delivery progress to ensure client satisfaction.
- Coordinate and prepare for customer visits.
- Monitor change orders and variations, and draft contract addendums and price adjustments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in the construction industry or a related sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other essential computer skills.
- Strong English communication skills.
