- Role Overview: As an Account Manager, you'll be out and about visiting our customers, wherever they're busy working, to find out how we can help them. You could find yourself on construction sites, nuclear plants, offices, or warehouses. Ours is a model of professional consultative selling, and it's a really hands-on job. This means rolling up your sleeves to demonstrate some of the most pioneering products in the industry while selling our state-of-the-art software along with all the services and after-care that come with our name. Far from traditional cold calling, it's about nurturing relationships with warm and responsive customers, helping them find the most innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their needs.
Customer Visits:
Visit customers on construction sites, nuclear plants, offices, or warehouses to understand their needs.Consultative Selling:
Engage in professional field sales and high-level customer consultation within your territory and target industry.Account Management: Create value in the allocated account portfolio through effective design and implementation of individual account strategies to build long-term, sustainable, and profitable relationships.
- Product Demonstration: Demonstrate pioneering products and sell state-of-the-art software, services, and after-care.
Technical Support:
Provide efficient solutions and technical support to customers, representing our brand in the marketplace.
Tools and Training:
