Key Responsibilities:- Sales and Business Development:
Find and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
Research market trends and competitor activities.- Present and demonstrate products to potential clients.
Provide expert advice and support on poultry houses and equipment.- Help customers choose the right products for their needs.
Visit customer sites to recommend suitable products.
- Solve technical issues related to poultry houses and equipment.
- 3. Customer Relationship Management:
Ensure customer satisfaction with excellent post-sales support.
- Respond quickly to customer inquiries.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- 4. Product Knowledge and Training:
Stay updated on the latest poultry housing and equipment technology.- Participate in training programs to improve product knowledge.
Train customers on the use and maintenance of products.
- 5. Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Document technical support cases and customer feedback.
Work with the product development team to improve products.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering such as Civil, Electronics, Electrical, or a related field.- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the poultry farming industry.
Strong knowledge of poultry housing and equipment, including design, installation, and maintenance.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex technical concepts.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel frequently to meet with customers and attend industry events. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
