Full job description
The Sales Encoder
is primarily responsible for providing critical support activities related to order fulfillment, to enhance customer relationships in line with Panther's commitment to service excellence.
This role involves accurate and timely encoding and processing of customer orders, ensuring that all databases are properly maintained and updated.
Consistent coordination across the supply chain is essential to deliver Panther's service commitment to customers.
> Maintain and update relevant databases to support the Sales Team, including but not limited to Customer Lists, Price Lists, Order Fulfillment Software, and others.
> Ensure accurate and timely encoding and processing of customer orders
> Accurate, reliable, detailed, and timely sales order fulfillment.
> Collaborate with the Sales Team Head to improve order management processes.
> Authenticate/validate all Purchase Orders from all sources (hardcopy, via email, chat apps, SMS, online plaforms, etc).
> Conduct critical coordination activities with relevant personnel, including:
> Order fulfillment concerns (PO details).
> Out-of-stock and critical stock status, as necessary.
> Customers penalties for non-delivery or non-fulfillment issues.
> Ensure that special instructions from customers are communicated with the Order Fulfillment Team.
> Coordinating delivery schedules with our customers
> Ensure friendly communication with customers regarding sales order fulfillment activities.
> Checking/Monitoring all PO and order details to ensure timely fulfillment to customers
> Encoding and processing of all PO following the instructions of each customer
> Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by the Immediate Superior.
> Preferably a graduate of any 2- year business course
> Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
> Experience in encoding work is a plus
> Strong analytical and communication skills.
> Passion for growth and learning.
> Keen attention to detail.
> Customer service experience is a plus
> Exposure to customer chats and inbound and outbound calls,
> Preferably with experience in customer case management.
