Assists the Sales Distribution team in sales-related tasks- Prepares the distribution of core items for initial issuance/replenishment from shipment
Addresses special concerns and requests of stores (e.g. wholesale, merchandise availability/location)
- Processes sub-franchisee orders (collates, summarizes, disseminates and bills)
Organizes invoices, records, and updates price lists, barcode requests, encoding- Summarizes damages per vendor for all categories
Faxes merchandising to shop correspondence (memos, consolidation, updated price lists, etc.)
- Tracks and settles parcel requirements
Documents the stock transfers to and from merchandising (for both samples and defects)- Assists in department-related events and activities (e.g. sample sale, etc.)
