Job Description

We seek a dynamic remote Sales Director to spearhead our sales initiatives and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in the BPO industry and demonstrate a strong ability to sell to US companies. Your role will involve finding and applying novel sales techniques, leveraging your analytical prowess, and driving our sales strategy to exceed revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new and innovative sales techniques to drive revenue.
  • Analyze sales data to inform and refine sales strategies.
  • Lead and manage sales initiatives targeting US companies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management.
  • Train and mentor junior sales team members.
  • Embrace and utilize new techniques such as AI and vertical videos mixed with traditional methods.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales role in the BPO industry.
  • Proven track record of selling to US companies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
  • Hands-on experience with various sales techniques, including cold calling, emailing, and social outreach.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
  • Remote work experience handling US clients.
  • Excellent communication and English, written and spoken.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, Monday through Friday, with excellent prospects for long-term growth.
