DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages the sales operation in his division
- Identifies the marketable and feasible area where sellers could position
- Strategize the day-to-day activities of the division
- Design plans and programs to meet sales targets.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR SD:
- Preferably a licensed broker
- Handled Sales Team 5 or more years
- Has an above average leadership skills
- Has an extensive knowledge in Real Estate
- Real Estate experience is a must
- College graduate.
