Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role of Sales Director at Filinvest Alabang, Inc. The Sales Director will be responsible for leading sales operations, providing excellent customer service, managing teams, and developing new business opportunities. The Sales Director will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and maintaining excellent relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

• Sales, Sales Operations, and Customer Service skills
• Team Management and Leadership skills
• Business Development and Relationship Management skills
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in high-end residential sales, real estate, or related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Can recruit at least 4 Sales Managers, within the South, with at least 4 Property Specialists each
