Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales management within the appliances industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets- Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a sales team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies in a competitive market environment.- Solid understanding of sales processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
Experience in budgeting and financial management.
- Ability to travel as needed.
