Qualifications:- At least 3 years of experience as Sales & Digital Marketing Specialist
A tertiary qualification, previous experience in a communications preferred- Strong understanding an ability to work with various and upcoming digital platforms and systems.
Working knowledge of search engine optimisation and marketing principles
- Keen interest in the latest technologies and communication channels, including ability to identify how these may be beneficial in a business environment
Experience using MS Office, CRM, Adobe Suite, CMS systems, Google tools, and managing social media channels
Supporting the Covet team in delivering exceptional and timely pre and post sales customer service- Supporting activities directly related to sales & marketing activity including live projects and enquiries
Manage, create, co-ordinate and execute the communications side of marketing initiatives which includes copywriting and design of regular email campaigns, webinars, videos, news stories in e-media outlets, online content (general and product specific), and presentations.
- Maintaining content on online channels (external and internal)
General sales & marketing administrative & operational support tasks- Develop multi-channel communications initiatives with a focus on using technology as an enabler to increase Covet's digital presence
Co-ordinating sales presentations meetings and appointments.
- Preparation of sales presentations as required
Supporting with the execution of trade shows and events- Digital campaign support of all company events, trade shows and conferences.
Working with the client facing teams to manage and present product, sample and communication peices that are aligned to the Covet brand.
- Manage and maintain the sales & marketing aspects of the organisations Database Lead and Accounts database
Maintain up to date records and files on all digital marketing initiatives on the company network.- Liaising with external suppliers and customers
Analystics tracking and report of sales and marketing initiatives including spend and ROI for all campaigns and initiatives
- Investigate, report and disseminate competitor and industry intelligence
Supporting sales & marketing initiatives as required
