Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced and dynamic Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. If you have a proven track record in sales leadership, a strategic mindset, and the ability to inspire and guide a team to success, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting:

Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients within our target market.

Utilize various channels, including phone calls and emails, to reach out to business owners and decision-makers.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.

Sales Outreach:

Initiate and nurture relationships with prospective clients.

Present our products/services in a compelling and articulate manner.

Address client inquiries and provide relevant information to move them through the sales funnel.

Deal Closure:

Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of clients from prospect to customer.

Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Communication and Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with clients.

Provide regular reports on sales activities, challenges, and successes.

Team Leadership:

Provide guidance and leadership to sales team members in prospecting and sales outreach activities.

Conduct regular team meetings to discuss strategies, share best practices, and address challenges.

Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment to ensure the achievement of collective goals.

Performance Management:

Monitor the performance of sales team members, providing constructive feedback and coaching as needed.

Set clear performance objectives and track progress against key performance indicators (KPIs).

Identify training needs and facilitate ongoing skill development for team members.

Quality Assurance:

Review the work of sales team members to ensure adherence to quality standards and sales processes.

Conduct periodic audits of prospecting and sales activities to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Implement corrective actions and quality improvement initiatives as necessary.

Reporting and Accountability:

Consolidate and analyze team performance data, providing regular reports to management on key metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement.

Ensure accountability within the team by monitoring individual and collective performance against targets and objectives.

Collaborate with management to develop strategies for enhancing team performance and driving results.

Qualifications:

Proven leadership and supervisory experience.

Proven experience focusing on prospecting and sales.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

Ability to work independently and remotely.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
